Picnic in the Sun!

We had a great time delivering a present to children in need under the Xmas tree at New World. Thank you for supporting this.

We had a lovely picnic and play in the park afterwards... it was HOT!!!

We have been busy making props for our Xmas show performance... 'A Kiwi Jingle Bells'.

We have been learning about teamwork and sharing in Studio 6. Here are just a few recent photos of what we have been up to.

Hi 5 Fresh Fruit, Fun and Fitness Day

We had a great time this morning trying lots of different fitness activities like using the bean bags...

We had a tray of fresh fruit for Morning Tea... YUM! We loved the watermelon!

We created a graph showing what healthy fruit we found in our lunch boxes...

Then we made 'Victor the Vegetable'. Here is Studio 6 with their pictures. We had an awesome day :-)

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to twins Callum and Mitchell who turned 6 this week!

Term 4 is underway!!

The sun has been shining and it is great to be back at school with all of Studio 6's smiling faces!!
What fun it is to play in all the blossom that has fallen on the ground... it is like snow!

We have been learning our Word Wall spelling words in many different ways... writing on the ground with chalk and water, using play dough and matchsticks to make letters and we love writing on the whiteboard.

Jolly Jumping Jellybeans

This week we read the story 'Jolly Jumping Jellybeans' and then we created our own book. We created our illustrations on KidPix on the laptops with a little help from our Studio 18 buddies.
